1. Event Charges
A) Full Video Production will be provided for the plan that the client has stated in the contract. B) A one time, non-refundable, Scheduling Fee of $250.00 will be charged to guarantee the event date and is due no more than 5 business days from the signing of this agreement. D) These fees will go towards the Event Rate if event is not cancelled. Remaining balance of Event Rate is due in totality 10 before the event. No DVD or videotape, either in progress or completed may be removed from the studio premises unless the balance due has been paid in full. Contract camera time begins on the scheduled starting time of your ceremony and is based on continuous hours on the clock.
2. Cancellation / Postponement
A) In the event of an Event Cancellation, any and all installments given towards the Event Rate will be refunded if cancellation is given more than 30 days from event date. B) If less than 30 days notice is given for cancellation, all installments given towards Event Rate will not be refunded. C) In the event of a postponement with more than 30 days notice from event date, no extra charges will apply. D) If less than 30 days notice is given for a postponement, a new Scheduling Fee will apply. E) Postponement stipulations only apply if Goree Enterprises has availability on the new event date. F) If Goree Enterprises’ not available on new event date, postponement becomes cancellation from original event date.
3. Rights
A) By this contract, Goree Enterprises holds the copyrights to the Event Media Production. B) Goree Enterprises may use the Event Media in any and all forms usable. C) Goree Enterprises also holds the right to advertise at any or all venue locations associated with the event.
4. Quality Assurance
To provide the best quality possible, Goree Enterprises requests that all information be given in advance to event date such as information for: Wedding Planner, DJ Service, Photographer, Venue Owner(s), Venue Lighting, Venue Parking, Venue Restrictions, Rehearsal Dinner Date, Event Schedule(s), and all changes/additions made.
5. Return Policy
Upon delivery of the final product to customer, customer has 10 days to submit DVD back to Goree Enterprises for misspelled words at no cost. After 10 days there will be an editing cost assessed @ $75.00 per hour.
6. LODGING/ TRAVEL/ PARKING
It is the responsibility of the customer for any parking, permits, passes, mileage and /or overnight stay charges. Any event site outside of the operating area of DallasCounty may require lodging. Any mileage over 30 miles will be a $30 fee.
7. EDITING TIME/ DELIVERY OF VIDEO
Goree Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to surrender the final products to the customer as soon as possible. Customer understands that editing of the wedding video will be approximately 4-8 weeks after the event.
8. VIDEOTAPING REQUIREMENTS
The bride is responsible for informing Goree Enterprises of any videotaping restrictions. Goree Enterprises is granted full rights of videotaping your wedding and/or reception. There should be neither interference nor distractions from family members or friends with video cameras or photo cameras. A list of persons to be interviewed at the reception must be submitted to the videographer with a person designated to take the videographer to those persons. We suggest you keep the list short to include only parents, grandparents, a few close relatives and friends.
